1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kogni Player Cards, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age Riot Games requires for a VALORANT account in your country, whichever is higher. If you are below the age of legal majority in your country, use Kogni Player Cards only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Kogni Player Cards.

2. The Service

Kogni Player Cards lets you turn your own VALORANT competitive or ranked performance into a shareable player card, publish that card publicly, find ranked duos through Duo discovery, and browse a live feed of verified streamers. Stats shown on cards come from public match data about the game name you choose to represent.

Kogni Player Cards is a live, evolving product. Features may change, and the product may include bugs, downtime, data corrections, or feature removals while the service evolves. Publishing and community features are subject to fair-use quotas and email verification.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You sign in with a Kogni identity (email, Google, or Discord) and are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must not share your account, create accounts to evade limits or enforcement actions, or access another person's account or data without authorization.
  • Verifying your email is required to publish cards and use social features such as Duo discovery.
  • Notify us promptly through support if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your Content and License

You keep ownership of the content you add to your cards — your nickname, photos, social links, play preferences, languages, and design choices. Match statistics are derived from public match data about the game name you searched, so make sure that game name (and the card it produces) actually represents you.

You grant kogni a limited, worldwide license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and create technical derivatives of that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Kogni Player Cards and the features you use — including rendering card images and exports, serving public card pages, and running Duo discovery.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you add. Do not use images, logos, or names you are not allowed to use.

5. Published Cards

Publishing a card makes it publicly visible to anyone with its link, including in public galleries and search engines, and (for ranked cards) to other verified players in Duo discovery. You can unpublish or delete your cards from My Cards at any time. We may remove any card that violates these Terms or the law, and we review cards reported by the community.

6. Duo Discovery and Community Conduct

Duo discovery matches verified players with published ranked cards. Ask-to-play requests are just that — requests. Treat other players with respect and honor their choices:

  • do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or spam other players through requests, connections, ratings, reviews, or signatures;
  • do not use Duo discovery or cards to sell or advertise boosting, account sharing, coaching, or paid services of any kind;
  • do not misrepresent who you are — publish a card about your own game, not someone else's;
  • reports are reviewed by Kogni moderation; the reported author is not notified of who reported them, and we may remove cards or access when rules are broken.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Kogni Player Cards for cheating, boosting, live-match unfair advantage, or violation of tournament or league rules;
  • attempt to access, scrape, copy, export, or modify data from other users beyond the public features provided;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or bypass security controls, rate limits, or quotas except where allowed by law;
  • upload malware, harmful code, illegal content, infringing content, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights;
  • impersonate another person, team, organization, Riot, or kogni staff;
  • overload, attack, spam, probe, or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, APIs, or integrations;
  • use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.

8. Riot Games and VALORANT

Kogni Player Cards is an independent product and is not endorsed by Riot Games. VALORANT and Riot Games-related marks belong to their respective owners. Cards are built from public match data; kogni does not ask for your Riot credentials and you should never share them with us.

You are responsible for using Kogni Player Cards consistently with Riot's terms, anti-cheat expectations, tournament rules, and your team's competitive obligations.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Kogni Player Cards integrates with third-party services: Google and Discord for sign-in, and Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok for live stream status and links. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply to your relationship with them.

kogni is not responsible for third-party outages, permission changes, API changes, content, or account actions. You can disconnect sign-in providers from your Google or Discord account settings at any time.

10. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, apply or adjust quotas, or correct data at any time. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and data sources we depend on may change without notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, infringed rights, created legal exposure, or harmed other users or product reliability. We may also remove specific content, such as cards or reports.

You may stop using Kogni Player Cards at any time and can delete your cards from My Cards. If you want your account and personal data deleted, contact us through the Help page; we handle deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limits

Kogni Player Cards is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that stats, rankings, live status, or Duo matches will be complete, correct, or available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, kogni will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, ranked outcomes, competitive decisions, or business interruption. kogni's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to kogni for the service in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies you have under mandatory law — including the rights of Brazilian consumers under the Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) and the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the European Union.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to kogni, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence that must apply to you — including, for consumers in Brazil, Brazilian law and the forums of the consumer's domicile under the Consumer Defense Code, and, for consumers in the EU/EEA, the protections of their local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kogni Player Cards changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact

For questions about these Terms, your account, Duo discovery, moderation, or anything else, contact kogni through the Kogni Help page or the support flow available in your account.
